3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share files publicly or privately (including forums, marketplaces, or file-sharing services)

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All website designs, layouts, structures, templates, and underlying code remain the intellectual property of PrebuiltBizSites

• Purchasing a product grants a license to use, not ownership

• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PrebuiltBizSites

5. Client & Agency Use

If you are a freelancer, agency, or consultant:

• Each client website requires a separate license

• One purchase = one client site

• Bulk or multi-site licensing requires written approval

6. Demo Content Disclaimer

Demo websites may include placeholder:

• Business names

• Images

• Reviews

• Contact details

You are responsible for replacing all demo content with accurate, lawful information before launching a live website.

7. No Transfer of License

Licenses:

• May not be transferred or reassigned

• May not be sold or gifted to another party

• Remain valid only for the original purchaser and approved business

8. Termination

This license may be terminated immediately if:

• The terms of this Agreement are violated

• Unauthorized redistribution or resale is detected

• Fraudulent activity or misuse occurs

Upon termination:

• All usage rights are revoked

• Continued use of the website is prohibited

9. No Warranties

All website packages are provided “as is.”

PrebuiltBizSites makes no warranties regarding:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Compatibility with all hosting environments

• Business performance, traffic, or revenue

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PrebuiltBizSites shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service

11. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update this License Agreement at any time

• Modify licensing terms for future purchases

Existing purchases remain subject to the Agreement in effect at the time of purchase.
